DoubleTake: I have to admit when I first noticed the link to this new diaper website, I nearly passed it by. However Georgia, your photo stopped me in my tracks (or clicks as it were) when I saw your photographs. You have, in a word, the 'perfect' baby look. An earlier poster coined the term 'dangerously cute'. Indeed, a danger to our poor hearts!
I am sure they either don't notice or are too nice to mention anything. Anyone would understand your wife asking you an comforting smile, in a loud whisper, "Are we wet?", "Lets check your diapers. Shall we?", or even direct a question to a floor clerk such as "I'm so sorry to bother you, but where would I change his wet diaper?" as her head is tilted toward her blushing man-baby. The last one is especially effective because both you and the clerk are put on the spot and you will probably have to stand there with head down for some time  as the clerk tries to respond to your smiling wife.
Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. I've been away doing some work. I am in Australia so that puts me almost 18 hours ahead of you. no problem do what you got to do. we will be here for you.
I have been wearing diaper's since I was 9 year's old just because I like the way they make me feel. The best diaper that I have tried is Attends, it is the most babyish diaper for adult's I have ever tried. they have a nice baby smell when you open them up and they fit snug and tight. Attends are just a perfect diaper. l love these diapers because of a few of things. The first is how quite they are. These diapers can take a tone of wetting, and a mess every now and then, when the mood is right, and still not leak and not smell at all. They are discrete but have the bulk to let you know you are wearing them. I give these attends diapers a 9/10. If I gave them a 10 it would leave no room for improvements, and everything can improve.
