  • Choosing a booster for an adult diaper can actually be quite meticulous and should be chosen with care. There are some boosters out there that are fairly absorbent but are super uncomfortable. Watch out for those because though they will provide you with added absorbency BUT, they can cause chaffing issues in that region and discomfort which nobody wants. Here are my recommendations for the best boosters you can buy:

  • My advice works very well for me and everyone is different. But, there is no substitute to getting to a restroom or wherever and changing the messy diaper and not sitting in it for 4 hours. If you have specific questions please leave a comment and I will attempt to answer them as best I can by responding to the comment.

  • I go to VA beach all the time but never have the confidence to wear diapers there. As you mentioned its easier to hide since im a guy , but you jus have an amazing way of dealing with it. I think having someone around that also knows/wears diapers would help me cope with that.

  • Urinary incontinence - Did You KNow?

Physiology of continence - Continence and micturition involve a balance between urethral closure and detrusor muscle activity. Urethral pressure normally exceeds bladder pressure, resulting in urine remaining in the bladder. The proximal urethra and bladder are both within the pelvis. Intraabdominal pressure increases (from coughing and sneezing) are transmitted to both urethra and bladder equally, leaving the pressure differential unchanged, resulting in continence. Normal voiding is the result of changes in both of these pressure factors:urethral pressure falls and bladder pressure rises.
