Diaper Fetish - Diaper fetishism, or diaperism, is a paraphilia in which a person feels a strong desire to wear or use diapers, usually without physiological necessity. It is differentiated from infantilism in that those of the latter category are also focused with returning to babyhood in ways other than by wearing diapers. The popular term for diaper fetishists is "diaper lover." Diaper fetishism is a type of sexual fetishism, which is one of many paraphilias.

You know, I have found it is very similar to coming out as LGBT. But NOT telling tends to lead to more stress. Now I am SO glad I told my friends. They have been nothing but a bundle of support for me!! They all tend to tell me that A) Diapers are very important for me B) I must not wear adult diapers, but only baby diapers. I am SO much happier now that my friends support me. Every night when I diaper myself with my japanese gauze diapers (which I bought in the baby department) I play with my bunnies and smile so big, my face is often sore the next day!!
I side sleep and use the quadro booster pads. They make a big difference in my bambinos at night and during the day. My mom likes them cause I dont have to get changed as often and she knows I dont need to be reminded as often to change my diaper when she is not here with me.
Thanks for the ideas. Adding a little something new to keep it 'fresh' is a good idea. I am a cloth diaper wearer and found a diaper pin replacement called Snappies. I get the toddler2 size and they work well. I even found that they give my diaper a better fit than pins. They were a little strange at first, but after I worked a routine for using them I found them easier than pins. Course I can go back to pins if I want something new again.
