For jogging or walking – I usually go with a thinner diaper like Secure Plus…I have used store brand diapers like Depends or CVS brand adult diapers in the past but have had problems with leaking so I try to avoid those if at all possible. You gotta find what works for you though.

  • Choosing a booster for an adult diaper can actually be quite meticulous and should be chosen with care. There are some boosters out there that are fairly absorbent but are super uncomfortable. Watch out for those because though they will provide you with added absorbency BUT, they can cause chaffing issues in that region and discomfort which nobody wants.
