Electrical stimulation - Brief doses of electrical stimulation can strengthen muscles in the lower pelvis in a way similar to exercising the muscles. Electrodes are temporarily placed in the vagina or rectum to stimulate nearby muscles. This can stabilize overactive muscles and stimulate contraction of urethral muscles. Electrical stimulation can be used to reduce both stress incontinence and urge incontinence.

Besides after any diaper clumping up after use of course, what about the diaper bunching up well before its been use?! I'm sure there is a difference for anyones reasons for wearing diapers when they chose to. Besides, a diaper that is a bit bunched up would be uncomfy to wear for long and would most likely make you leak very bad before the diaper would do its job. Just my thought.
Now i would never want to have to wear walgreens brand again, they seemed to be the worst at clumping and the least comfortable to wear. Being incontinent is something ive learned to live with. Wearing low quality diapers is what i never want to adjust to.
Second, as far as HOW I exercise in adult diapers – nothing fancy really. For running at faster paces I will either not wear a diaper if its for a short distance and just bet on not having problems or I will wear a thin diaper or a couple times I have gone with a pullup (rare). This reduces the chance of chaffing or adding too much weight or discomfort when running at faster paces. When I am cycling or weight lifting – I usually go with a thicker diaper because it serves as extra padding (cyclists know what I am talking about) for sitting on those tiny little seats. So, usually that is a Bambino, Secure X-Plus, Molicare, or Abena X-plus for those times…plus you are more likely to have an accident under low exercising conditions than high exercising conditions. For jogging or walking – I usually go with a thinner diaper like Secure Plus…I have used store brand diapers like Depends or CVS brand adult diapers in the past but have had problems with leaking so I try to avoid those if at all possible. You gotta find what works for you though.
