An Adult Baby is a is a grown up male or female who enjoys spending time mentally regressing to a younger baby or child-like state. They enjoy the freedom from responsibilities that this time offers them. It is a form of escapism and relief. They like to express their emotions in play and forget about grown up issues. This is often characterized by, but not exclusively, props to help them achieve that mental state, usually the wearing of babyish attire, predominantly a nappy or diaper (either cloth or disposable ) and sometime suckling on a dummy, drinking from a bottle and playing with toys of a particular era that means something to them. They like giving over responsibility to usually to the opposite sex who takes a paternal or maternal role as the care giver.

It is really going to be a great opportunity for all the adult babies and diaper lovers out there. I know I will be listening on a daily basis! It truly is wonderful idea!
The important thing with exercising in diapers is to make sure you always use vaseline or something similar to it because it allows for reduced chaffing and just makes everything more comfortable in general. So, go out and buy yourself a big jar of vaseline and put generous amounts in the crotch area and butt area before you exercise to help with any discomfort. Or as Peter likes to call it – “lubing up” before exercising. Haha – hopefully this helped some of you even though some of it is common sense.
I use chlorophyll, but I like spicy food, and my body doesnt always react the same with spicy food, its too dang inconsistent. Many times my poop has little smell to it, and thats fine, but when it really smells, I get so embarrassed, I just avoid anyone and anything, because the smell, and not just poop, but farts as well, can be killer. I guess maybe I need more fiber in my diet or something. I eat vegetables and breads and fresh fruit, but I do enjoy hot peppers, and that liquifies my poop, and gives me gas. Anyone know a solution to the after effects of hot peppers?
