Diaper fetishes, diaper lovers (DLs), are often associated with paraphilic infantilism as both wear diapers, but the former does not role-play infant or childlike behavior, while that is the distinguishing characteristic of adult babies (ABs). The majority of diaper lovers do not engage in any kind of babyish activities and only solely are interested in diapers. However, in certain individuals it is possible for an overlap to occur, as one can view himself as neither exclusively an adult baby or a diaper lover. Hence adult babies and diaper lovers collectively referred to themselves as AB/DLs.

As a bed-wetter I really don't need to go out in diapers. but i often go out as a sweet, pink lolita girl. Just imagine a tall blond girl happily wearing doll fashion on a tokyo train. It's similar in that you must learn not to care what others think about you. it is different in that you don't have to worry if people can smell you.
Change your diaper no later than 1 hour after a super wet diaper and 30 minutes after a poopy diaper. These are the time restrictions I try to adhere to because otherwise I notice I may begin to chaff.
Sorry didn't read the whole post adrian, but I did read some of those on cloth diapers. I must say that cloth diapers, real cloth diapers w/ plastic pants mind you, are the absolute best. I would wear them all the time if I could, the only reason I don't is bulk. Mostly one doesn't want to advertise their diaper and if you want a cloth diaper you can wear all day super thick gauze is the way to go. I have some contour diapers from Tri-county Cloth that are great and not so bulky, you can wear them out of the house with loose jeans or overalls and it's not a problem. The only problem I have ever run into isn't chaffing, it's the plastic pants the leg holes on them tend to irritate me if i don't adjust them occasionally.
