  • Thanks for the great story. You always encourage me to keep doing my best to enjoy life. While i don't love diapers as much as you do, i am thankful to have them because its obvious how much worse things would be for incontinent people if they didn't exist.

  • Find a special friend and it sounds like you have. Sit her down and explain that your feelings like hers are extremely important and you want her to know how you feel. Not everybody likes the smell of poopy diapers and ammonia, I love it but not so everybody else. Just be honest and caring she will understand, spill some baby powder on your bath towel or on the bed after making love and wear some on your body she will get the hint, if she gets hostile your answer will be there. If she is curious and says babe how come you dust your body with baby scented powder you can tell her about your love for her and diapers and see if her eyes get big and she smiles a lot. If she loves you more than her hangups you have a mate and a good one too. Don't ever mess this up and you won't have to do this again.

  • Second, as far as HOW I exercise in adult diapers – nothing fancy really. For running at faster paces I will either not wear a diaper if its for a short distance and just bet on not having problems or I will wear a thin diaper or a couple times I have gone with a pullup (rare). This reduces the chance of chaffing or adding too much weight or discomfort when running at faster paces. When I am cycling or weight lifting – I usually go with a thicker diaper because it serves as extra padding (cyclists know what I am talking about) for sitting on those tiny little seats. So, usually that is a Bambino, Secure X-Plus, Molicare, or Abena X-plus for those times…plus you are more likely to have an accident under low exercising conditions than high exercising conditions. For jogging or walking – I usually go with a thinner diaper like Secure Plus…I have used store brand diapers like Depends or CVS brand adult diapers in the past but have had problems with leaking so I try to avoid those if at all possible. You gotta find what works for you though.

Biofeedback can be used with pelvic muscle exercises and electrical stimulation to relieve stress and urge incontinence.
