Exercises - One of the most common treatment recommendations includes exercising the muscles of the pelvis. Kegel exercises to strengthen or retrain pelvic floor muscles and sphincter muscles can reduce stress leakage. Patients younger than 60 years old benefit the most. The patient should do at least 24 daily contractions for at least 6 weeks. It is possible to assess pelvic floor muscle strength using a Kegel perineometer. Increasingly there is evidence of the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFME) to improve bladder control. For example, urinary incontinence following childbirth can be improved by performing PFME.

The first time I've tried to wet diapers I wasn't able to do it, so Daddy told me to sit on the toilet. That was much easier because we are trained to use a toilet and not to pee on other places. But I'm still not able to wet them on other places. May some of your tips will help, but i wanted to tell you his tip.
The reality is that most people in this community will start talking to a girl in the ABDL community and almost immediately start asking them for photos, videos, etc. Which, some girls don’t have problems with that and some do and the level of photo “showage” will vary between girls. Some will show their face and some will show just their lower half or whatever. But, the first thing wrong here is that guys start out with these questions first before even getting into any sort of meaningful conversation. Its almost like some men are just after photos of women in diapers just to please themselves (not all guys mind you); When most girls are just looking for conversation and true friends online.
As for spotting someone in diapers, that has only happened to me twice. - both times when I have been in the men's room and I've heard someone changing in one of the stalls. The rustle of the diaper and the tapes make an uniqure sound that another diaper wearer would notice in an instant. In both instances I refrained from starting a conversation with the person, but I now wish I had. I would love to be friends with someone who is incontinent and had to wear diapers provided that our mutual interest went beyond our incontinence. I recently started physical therapy for my bladder issues and was told that half of their practice is male - incontinence is not only a female issue. - and that the guys they are seeing are as young as 18. She said I'd be surprised to learn how many guys in their 20's, 30's and 40's have incontinence issues and need to wear diapers. It's just amazing. I'm hoping that in the next decade, incontinence and diaper wearing adults come out of the closet more and more. - the way gay people have. - and that we become more socially accepted and less of a secret society.
