  • The reality of the internet is that there will always be guys posing as women on the internet no matter what community you are associated with. But, it really is unfortunate for the ABDL community because the fact is that there are a lot of women into the adult baby and diaper lover topic but are either scared off from the community or completely blasted because they don’t reveal their whole life to a male or even another female right off the bat. I understand the skepticism when it comes to making sure it is a woman on the other end but on some level there should be an understanding of trust and gradual progression.

  • Beth knows this and will ask me to join her for a walk down the block to a local watering hole anyway. Sometimes Ill go and sometimes not. Just depends on my mood and the consistency of what is in my diaper.

  • Say, speaking of AB/DL if by any chance did you watch that episode of taboo featuring a segment of AB/DL? This Sunday on TLC there is a show called My Strange Addiction is going to have a segment regaurding AB/DL. Here a link with a bit of info.

  • Urinary incontinence - Did You KNow?

Exercises - One of the most common treatment recommendations includes exercising the muscles of the pelvis. Kegel exercises to strengthen or retrain pelvic floor muscles and sphincter muscles can reduce stress leakage. Patients younger than 60 years old benefit the most. The patient should do at least 24 daily contractions for at least 6 weeks. It is possible to assess pelvic floor muscle strength using a Kegel perineometer. Increasingly there is evidence of the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFME) to improve bladder control. For example, urinary incontinence following childbirth can be improved by performing PFME.
