An Adult Baby is a is a grown up male or female who enjoys spending time mentally regressing to a younger baby or child-like state. They enjoy the freedom from responsibilities that this time offers them. It is a form of escapism and relief. They like to express their emotions in play and forget about grown up issues. This is often characterized by, but not exclusively, props to help them achieve that mental state, usually the wearing of babyish attire, predominantly a nappy or diaper (either cloth or disposable ) and sometime suckling on a dummy, drinking from a bottle and playing with toys of a particular era that means something to them. They like giving over responsibility to usually to the opposite sex who takes a paternal or maternal role as the care giver.

Diaper lovers in particular are a unique group of individuals in my opinion. There are all sorts of people out there that love other physical objects such as stuffed animals, toys, shoes, feet, etc etc but when it comes to diaper lovers they stand out. The mindset behind a typical diaper lover is not of anything sexual but more of comfort and security. Ask any diaper lover why exactly they love diapers and the first thing the comes to their mind is not sexual but of a feeling they can’t really explain but only use words such as comfort, security, and relaxing to describe their love for diapers. This sets apart the group of diaper lovers from many other groups out there.
Ok. Yes, most of those who've posted comments to your website have seemed friendly. I don't know about any local community or social group near me of people who wear diapers though - outside of the support groups for those with IBS, Crohn's Disease, MS, etc., but I don't think I would want to meet others in-person who simply wore diapers because they enjoyed wearing them, without any kind of special need for them. It is interesting to read stuff online about. and comments from. diaper lovers though.
