  • Spice to Your Wardrobe: Diapers can surprisingly add a little spice to your wardrobe. Many people like the little bulge that it adds to the back of their pants. I personally think it adds something to some of my skirts and dresses because I not only like the look but it also makes me look like I got a little but more of a butt (flat butt alert over here).

  • So, I figured I would make a post about wet diapers and clumping that happens in some poorly made diapers. In many store brand and poorly made diapers you get something called clumping where the urine causes the material to clump and you lose that nice soft protective cushion in the diaper and it turns into this rougher clumpy mess in the diaper. I have posted a picture of an Attends Diaper below that I wore a while ago after I had wet it…you can see the clumping in the bottom of the diaper.

  • Its absolutely perfect I think. Especially, in my case what I do a lot of times after a hard day is I will take a nice hot shower and put this oil on right as I am getting out of the shower. Then, I will put on a nice thick diaper such as a Bambino or even an Attends feels good a lot of times (Attends fan as well). Then, typically I will put my onesie on and just lay on our nice cozy couch and watch some TV in the dark. Ahhh, just thinking about it makes me relax. Try it sometime, its absolutely perfect especially with this stuff. You can buy it at Walmart or Target or anywhere like that. Its pretty easy to come by. Give it a shot – I highly recommend it though.

  • Urinary incontinence - Did You KNow?

Timed voiding or bladder training - Timed voiding (urinating) and bladder training are techniques that use biofeedback. In timed voiding, the patient fills in a chart of voiding and leaking. From the patterns that appear in the chart, the patient can plan to empty his or her bladder before he or she would otherwise leak. Biofeedback and muscle conditioning known as bladder training can alter the bladder's schedule for storing and emptying urine. These techniques are effective for urge and overflow incontinence.
