Paraphilic infantilism is a paraphilia characterized by the desire to wear diapers and be treated as an infant or toddler. One who engages in infantilistic play is known as an adult baby (AB). About one in three adult babies is also a diaper lover (DL), so they are collectively known as AB/DLs. The majority of infantilists are heterosexual males.Paraphilic infantilism and diaper fetishes differ in self-image and the focus of attention. They can coexist in individuals, however, and they have some similarities. Neither includes a sexual preference for children. There is no singular, archetypical infantilism, but a range. Some fantasize about being free of guilt, responsibility, or control, whereas others might not. Some act indistinguishably from a baby at times, while others practice in a way that would be unnoticed by passers by on the street. The desires and tastes of infantilists vary around common themes of diapers and babyhood.

Wearing a diaper and changing a diaper in an airplane is handled I would say in the same manner you would any tight space or close-quartered area. If you wet your diaper on an airplane and it isn’t at risk of leaking then see if you are able to wait until the plane lands – it would just be easier in general to change your diaper in an airport bathroom for obvious reasons. If you are on a long flight though and have no choice and need to change your wet diaper then just take a diaper out of where ever you have it stored – don’t look suspicious though – just act like it is not a big deal. Especially on a plane you don’t want to be pulling anything out of a bag and look suspicious if you catch my drift. So, some tips for changing your diaper in an airplane bathroom would be to bring a pull-up to last you the rest of the way if you think it will be able to hold. A pull-up is a lot easier to put on then a diaper is and less time consuming. But, if all you have is diapers then just put the diaper on while sitting down if there is a space in that particular airplane bathroom…it is way easier than trying to stand up and changing. But, if you have to change your diaper standing up just use the wall to brace yourself against to provide some leverage so you don’t go swaying everywhere.
It's actually not so bad wearing a pair of shorts/leggings under your shorts. I actually do it all the time. Because of my job, I work out every day, and though I don't always wear my diapers to the gym, I always wear a pair of tighter shorts under my gym shorts. I do this because i pretty much have to..I have to wear a certain type of shorts to the gym on certain days (it's a uniform thing) and personally those shorts are to damned ..well,short! Otherwise I'd have parts of me hanging out I would rather not be showing! I personally hate the shorts, but apparently lots of guys prefer these running shorts to a good pair of track / gym shorts. Me..not so much, and so I keep with something underneath. I have actually worked out in my disposable and cloth diapers and I prefer my cloth diapers. In my case, I don't wear white cotton cloth diapers with pants, I wear a pocket diaper, or an all in one diaper and so it's pretty much made like a disposable diaper so it's super soft, inside and out. Works out alot better for me. I honestly prefer my diapers when riding my bike, expeically if it's a road trip with my buds. One, I don't have to stop to go potty, and two..it's extra cushion on a small seat!
It is really going to be a great opportunity for all the adult babies and diaper lovers out there. I know I will be listening on a daily basis! It truly is wonderful idea!
