Diaper Fetish - Diaper fetishism, or diaperism, is a paraphilia in which a person feels a strong desire to wear or use diapers, usually without physiological necessity. It is differentiated from infantilism in that those of the latter category are also focused with returning to babyhood in ways other than by wearing diapers. The popular term for diaper fetishists is "diaper lover." Diaper fetishism is a type of sexual fetishism, which is one of many paraphilias.

Yes When i was young like fourth grade ok so not that young i had a wetting problem. I would pee myself all the time. I would get a hard spanking for this and a diaper until i learned how to be a big girl. I loved it though. It was fun to let it all go.
So I was potty trained like all the other kids... stopped having day accidents by age 6 and stopped wetting the bed at 5. Unfortunately, when I was 13 I suddenly started wetting the bed again. before long it was soaked every single night... the result? for the past year and a half I've been wearing diapers to bed, 2 diapers at sleepovers so they don't leak. However, I diaper myself, no one else has diapered me since I was a baby. I would be totally embarrassed if even my mom would diaper me before bed.
The main thing I tell people is to have your reasons and justifications laid out up front and to make sure those reasons are not just that you like them. Start out with that it originated from a medical issue and then go from there. Use words like “security”, “comfort”, “de-stress”, and “calms me down” because these words are neutral and non-aggressive words that will make what you are telling them easier and put it in a more positive light. A lot of what you say and how you say it has to be tailored and catered to that person though based on what type of person they are.
